Ivy Tech?

Okay, for all of you people who told me, "Kenneth, you should go back to school, you are too smart not to!" it looks like you may be getting your wish. So there. I hope you are happy! :-p

I am looking at Ivy Tech in Lawrenceburg, Indiana where they have several computer/informations technology programs, including networking, which has always fascinated me.

I can get an associates degree in two years, less actually because with luck several of my credits from the debacle known as Sullivan University should transfer over. I sent an email to Ivy's admissions department requesting a packet and to schedule a tour.

One caveat: If I tour the place and they are stil running Win98 SE or ME (aka WinHELL) on ANY of their machines, I don't care even if it is an old 486 shoved in the back corner of the billing department's office, I'm outta there!

If on the other hand, they have a multi-platform environment, Windows, Linux, and Macintosh, what a beautiful life we will have together
